Sheila has over 25 years of healthcare experience as a strategic leader of people and processes, dedicated to continuous improvement. She is an expert at leading large scale implementations and aligning business partners across the enterprise, resulting in successful process improvement programs. Sheila currently serves as interim Chief Data and Analytics Officer, and Director Enterprise Analytics Program, at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Sheila is leading a team focused on liberating data for data driven decision-making, and raising the analytical acumen throughout the organization.
