The Shatter List, created by the Women Tech Council, recognizes companies actively advancing women in tech and building high-performing, inclusive cultures. Honorees are evaluated across four key areas: executive engagement, company programs, community investment, and women’s representation, based on measurable impact and sustained progress at all levels.
