Menkiena is a seasoned healthcare leader who advocates for innovative care delivery and has been named a recipient of the prestigious 2025 HIMSS CXO Senior Executive Changemaker in Health Award. This recognition celebrates Menkiena’s decades-long commitment to advancing healthcare through data-driven strategies, technology, and patient-centered solutions.
In her leadership role, Menkiena brings over three decades of diverse healthcare experience, including critical care nursing, operational leadership, and transformative consulting. Her journey began at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where she spent 20 years providing quality care, progressing from bedside nursing to leadership roles focused on quality improvement and healthcare system redesign.
At Health Catalyst, Menkiena plays a vital role in helping healthcare organizations align data and analytics with strategic objectives to enhance decision-making, drive population health initiatives, and optimize care delivery. Her passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare is reflected in every aspect of her work.

She also holds board positions with the Healthcare Executive Forum (ACHE Chapter) and the New York State HIMSS Chapter and co-chairs the HIMSS National CNO/CNIOVendor Roundtable.
