KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst™, a leading provider of data and analytics technology and services to healthcare organizations, today announced its partnership with leading Health Information Services Provider (HISP) supplier MedAllies. Serving more than 700 hospitals, 5,000 organizations, 125,000 providers, and dozens of partners, MedAllies securely delivers vital health information to impact care by operating multiple national networks supporting interoperability for all healthcare constituents.
The partnership will bolster the offerings of KPI Ninja, Health Catalyst’s end-to-end solution for processing event-driven data that enables Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) to build and customize new services, clinical solutions, and operational tools around their core care systems, without the major refactoring and processing typically required of these systems.
This partnership rounds out KPI Ninja’s interoperability solutions and enhances its offering by delivering Direct Secure Messaging. Partnering with MedAllies also allows KPI Ninja to bring to market many new use cases, including Transitions of Care (ToC), 360x: Closed Loop Transitions of Care, and Electronic Case Reporting (eCR).
In addition to MedAllies network offerings, MedAllies Chief Medical Officer Dr. Holly Miller has worked closely with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) and a team of EHR vendors to drive adoption of the 360x use cases and was named an Interoperability Hero by Direct Trust in 2021.
“KPI Ninja and MedAllies are two companies that are truly committed to successful interoperability leading to adoption and usage that positively impacts patient care,” said Dr. Holly Miller. “We’ve seen a tremendous increased interest in leveraging 360x care transitions throughout the market and believe partnering with companies like KPI Ninja furthers that initiative.”
“We are excited to have officially entered into a partnership with such an esteemed HISP as MedAllies,” said Vijay Musunuru, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at KPI Ninja. “Not only will this partnership bring notable enhancements to our offering, their track record, exemplary work, and leadership in advancing interoperable healthcare data exchange make them an ideal partner.”
“MedAllies is thrilled to partner with an innovative HIE company that understands that interoperability goes beyond connectivity to focus on analytics and outcomes,” said Tom Visotsky, Chief Commerical Officer at MedAllies. “Our shared vision of increasing value in healthcare makes for a compeling match.”
