The ARMUS by Health Catalyst™ HYBRID Outcomes application enables you to collect and manage data in the ARMUS Clinical Registry Software Platform—through registry data entry, interoperability, data quality management, interfaces, and data submission. All episodes of care (admissions or operations) for any and all registries are linked to a single patient record within ARMUS HYBRID Outcomes.

Benefits

  • Speed up data entry. Once you enter demographics for a patient, the patient exists in the database. You can also import incoming data, map data from interfaces (ADT/Hemo), or share data from one registry to another with the Mapping feature.
  • Customize your registries. The ARMUS HYBRID Outcomes application enables integration of both ARMUS custom modules and hospital-specific customizations. Administration features also allow you to hide fields or validations to further customize your registries.
  • Easily navigate records. The Patient Navigator shows you where you are in the record and enables quick navigation between episodes of care (admissions or operations) and registries. 
  • Find relevant definitions. Coding instructions are at your fingertips with the Definitions tab, which displays information relevant to the field you have selected.
  • Validate your entries. The Validation tab provides real-time record validations so you can simply click to navigate to the field and correct.
  • Resolve data quality issues. In addition to validations by record, users can run a Data Quality Report by registry and date range, which links to records that have validation issues so you can quickly address data quality issues before submission.
  • Seamlessly submit data. The Export and Harvest feature enables you to submit your data to Societies.
