Health Catalyst has the tools to proactively resolve issues such as platform maintenance, query performance, and technical debt. For our Platform Operations service, we assign a pod (group of Technical Directions) to the client to keep the platform running effectively. Services include:
- Proactive Ignite health review and recommendations: Regularly reviews ecosystem performance and provides a report of recommended actions.
- Platform, performance, and pipeline troubleshooting and resolution: Responds to and works to resolve issues during business hours.
- Automated ETL issue alerting and investigation: Investigates established batch jobs that fail unexpectedly when alerted through automated Platform Operations support tickets.
- Databricks and pipeline management: Manages and configures Databricks and pipelines between development and production states.
- Data governance, security, and cost administration: Implements, configures, and manages security definitions.
- Technical debt analysis and recommendations: Provides a quarterly ecosystem scorecard with recommendations for performance improvements and longevity.
