With KPA Identification Service – Base Tier Plus, Health Catalyst provides all services listed in the KPA Identification Service – Base Tier with the addition of:

Recommendations based on level of opportunity and ability to reduce variation. Health Catalyst Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) make recommendations on which opportunity to pursue based on the relative size of the opportunity and the complexity of reducing the variation. The areas with the highest variation identified in KPA may not always be the best choices for an improvement project based on the associated time, level of effort, or costs necessary to reduce the variation.
Data validation and visualizations. Health Catalyst stands up the KPA tool and conducts data validation. The data visualization is available in QlikView®, Tableau, or Power Bl.
