
Carrie Kozlowski, OT, MBA, is the Chief Marketing Officer at Health Catalyst, where she leads the enterprise marketing strategy to accelerate growth, strengthen brand impact, and deliver mission-driven healthcare technology that helps guide every patient to the care they need.
With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Carrie brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and go-to-market strategy. She leverages her background to align marketing, product, and customer experience initiatives that advance population health, close care gaps, and improve equitable access to care.
Prior to her current role, Carrie was the COO and co-founder of Upfront, a patient engagement platform that was later acquired by Health Catalyst. In that role, she helped scale the organization and bring innovative engagement solutions to leading healthcare systems.
Carrie began her career providing hands-on care as a practicing occupational therapist. She previously served as SVP of Operations at Care Team Connect, where she helped lead the company through its acquisition by The Advisory Board and later served as general manager for Crimson Care Management. She also brings deep experience in sales and marketing from her time at PatientKeeper.
