THE PROJECT

Saudi German Health wanted to improve its voluntary event reporting efficiency and effectiveness and advance digital health. The organization implemented the Health Catalyst^® data platform and Patient Safety Monitor^™ Application. Saudi German Health implemented the voluntary event reporting application, increasing its ability to enhance safety and leveraging reliable data and analytics for better outcomes. Users can electronically submit incident reports anonymously or by username, with only a few clicks. Report viewers use the voluntary event reporting application to view and document event-related details while following up with reporters through a built-in feedback loop.

THE RESULT

Using the Patient Safety Monitor Application, Saudi German Health has streamlined incident reporting and review, building a more accurate, comprehensive, and insightful account of potentially unsafe conditions and adverse events occurring in the organization, advancing digital health and patient safety.
