THE CHALLENGE

Saudi German Health actively engages its teams in identifying and reporting potential safety hazards, but manual reporting systems made it difficult to follow up on incidents. Missing information and feedback loops limited learning and the identification of improvement opportunities.

THE PROJECT

Saudi German Health wanted to improve its voluntary event reporting efficiency and effectiveness and advance digital health. The organization implemented the Health Catalyst® data platform and Patient Safety Monitor Application. Saudi German Health implemented the voluntary event reporting application, increasing its ability to enhance safety and leveraging reliable data and analytics for better outcomes.
