Jacqueline has a rich and diverse career in healthcare, developing expertise in an array of experiences and settings including IBM Watson Health, Cleveland Clinic, National Institutes of Health and Food and Drug Administration. Throughout her diverse career, Jacqueline has leveraged her passion for nursing and analytics; developing clinical programs, implementing digital transformation, consulting on population health and value-based care, care management and clinical analytics and measurement.
I am a healthcare consulting professional dedicated to the redesign of healthcare systems across the value-based care continuum. I am a passionate believer in performance improvement, and dedicated my work to achieving improved, sustainable outcomes across populations. As a consultant, I have served healthcare organizations by supporting them in population health management aims; building, designing, and understanding new payment and delivery models; management and leadership initiatives; public policy innovations; and various strategic planning goals.
